• Event enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, event type, event date and the message you send us.
• Newsletter: your email address only.
• Website analytics: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site.

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you, quote for your event and coordinate the booking. Newsletter addresses are used only to send our monthly email about roast drops, pop-ups and offers. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email. Our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider (Brevo), and only so they can deliver those services on our behalf.

This site uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can block them through your browser settings or by using a browser extension without losing access to any part of the site.

Event enquiries are kept for as long as needed to service the booking and for our business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a one click unsubscribe link.

Under South Africa's POPI Act you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info.bruonthego@gmail.com and we will action the request within 30 days.

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in an access-controlled database and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No online service is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
